1. Agreeing to these rules
Using Save Instagram Reels means you accept the rules on this page. If you do not agree with something here, do not use the site. There is no account to close.
2. What the service does
You give us a link to a public Instagram post. We work out where the video or picture sits and hand that address back to your phone, which then pulls it straight from Instagram.
We do not store any videos or pictures. We cannot open private accounts, and we do not get around any setting somebody has chosen for their own posts.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Download content you have no right to download.
- Re-post, sell, make money from, or claim you made someone else’s work, without their permission.
- Use this site to follow, pester, copy or gather information about any person.
- Break any law that applies where you are.
- Send links automatically, flood the site, or get around the limit on how fast you can send them.
- Try to break the site, or go looking for weaknesses in it without permission.
We can block anyone doing these things, without warning.
4. What you download is your responsibility
This is the most important part, so here it is in plain words. Downloading something does not make it yours. It still belongs to the person who made it.
Watch it yourself and that is one thing. Put it on your own account, edit and re-post it, run adverts on it, or tell people you made it, and that is another - the owner can act. They would come after you, not this website. And if a Reel uses a popular song, the song has its own owner, so two separate complaints can land at once.
Not sure? A short message to the person is nearly always quicker than working out the law.
5. Availability and changes
The site is offered as it is, when it works. Instagram changes things constantly, the companies we depend on go down, and links stop working without warning. We do not promise the site will be up, we do not promise any part of it will keep working, and we may change or close it at any time.
6. No promises
As far as the law allows, we make no promises about this site - not that it will suit your purpose, not that it will be correct, and not that it will run without faults or interruptions.
7. What we are not responsible for
As far as the law allows, Save Instagram Reels is not responsible for any loss that follows from using this site. That includes lost files, lost earnings, and any complaint an owner makes about something you chose to download.
Some countries do not allow limits like these. Where that is the case, this section applies only as far as their law lets.
8. If your use causes us a problem
If somebody takes action against us because of what you did on this site, or because you broke these rules, you agree to cover the resulting claims and reasonable legal costs. In legal writing this is called an indemnity.
9. Third-party links and advertising
This site links to other websites and shows adverts. We do not control those places and they have their own rules about your information. Showing them here is not us recommending them.
10. Intellectual property
Every video and picture found through this site belongs to whoever made it. We claim nothing over any of it and keep no copies. The site’s own name, look and code belong to whoever runs it.
11. Not affiliated with Instagram
Save Instagram Reels is independent and is not made by, endorsed by or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. All trademarks belong to their owners.
12. Copyright complaints
If your work has been copied, read the copyright page. It explains what we keep and how to reach us.
13. Changes to these terms
These rules can change, and the date at the top will change with them. Carrying on using the site after that means you accept the new version.
14. Governing law and contact
